Sry im new to this site and i dont know how to add the little skill pictures but here is a build i put together one night when i was looking through the skills on gw wiki.

1.Jagged strike
2.Entangling Asp
3.{E} Palm Strike
4.Horns of the Ox
5.Impale (can be switched for black spider strike)
6.Shadow of Haste
7.Shadow Refuge (or FN, but i dont have NFall)
8. optional.. can be for dark escape for cancellation of SoH but i use lightning reflexes for blocking when melee comes in

Usage - Find a suitable target that is alone. Once you have the target selected, cast SoH, then basicly run the chain from jagged to Impale. If they can heal or have extra armor, you can spam Jagged strike and Palm Strike. Which most of the time you wont even need to because you can leave while the degen tears them apart after u take away 3/4 health.

counters - hex removal and anti knock down.

Its open for discussion and constructive criticism, this is my first build i thought was good that i made.

Ok well to be the first 1 to actually help ya. Here is what I would do.
I would take out the lead and entangling asp.
Golden phoenix strike
Twisting fangs
Moebious strike
Horns of the ox
There's ur atk line up
SoH
Dash ( cancel stance )
Speed buffs and get-the-hell-outta-there skills
Live vicariously is what I normally used but vigourous spirit is nice to.
Res sig ( replace with another heal or a snare )
That's a decent build using moebious to put out constant kd and dmg ^^
